Registration Fee
The registration fee is $35 for each participant. The fee applies to all events. All participants must be registered.
There is no registration fee for adults or observers unless they are participating in Family Bible Bowl.
Registration Dates to Remember
October 1: Registration Portal Opens
February 7:
- Participant Name Registration
- Pre-Convention Events Postmarked
- Scholarship Application Deadline
-100% Refund Deadline ($17.50 late fee per participant after this date)
February 22:
-Final Event Registration (All changes made to participant’s events)
*$17.50 late fee to add any participants to registration
**50% refund deadline for participants
March 1:
-Final Hotel Registration
-Final Event Registration changes deadline
-Deadline for Bible Bowl Participants & Team Assignments
March 10:
-SELTC Schedules Ready
March 30-April 1: SELTC 2018 Convention in Mobile
Refund Policy
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via mail, fax, or e-mail. Full refunds will be given if the request is made no later than February 7, 2018. Refunds will be issued at 50% until February 22, 2018. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after February 22, 2018. Refund checks will be provided at the convention.
Copy all the deadlines onto your personal calendar. Make sure that all coaches and parents are informed of them as well. Get very familiar with the yearly manual. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call. Please do not put your young people or their hard work in jeopardy because of an improper understanding of the rules.
